Le Pivenelsacco con l'aggiunta di Franco Calanca e del nuovo suonatore di piva, ma già bravissimo suonatore di cornamusa scozzese tanto da esser il Pipe Major della Bazzano Castle Pipe Band, Roberto Arrabito, son stati ospiti a Bologna in una rassegna organizzata del Coro Euridice nel cortile d'Onore di palazzo Accorsio in piazza Grande per il 150 anniversario dell'unità d'Italia. Il suono delle Pive amplificato dalle ampie arcate del palazzo si è propagato all'esterno e la gente, che è accorsa molto numerosa nonostante il freddo, ha accolto con entusiasmo l'esibizione basata sull'interpretazione di sei vivaci brani. L’organizzatore, soddisfatto dell’accoglienza ricevuta dal gruppo, ha rinnovato l’invito per un’altra esibizione fra febbraio e marzo.

The Pivenelsacco, with the addition of Franco Calanca and the new piva player, were guests in Bologna for the exhibiton organized by the Euridice choir, held in the courtyard of the palazzo Accorsio in Piazza Grande, in honor of the 150th annniversary of the unification of Italy. The new piva player named Roberto Arrabito was already a great Scottish bagpipe player, even so to be the Pipe Major of Bazzano Castle Pipe Band. The sound of the bagpipes, amplified by the large arches of the palazzo, spread outside the courtyard itself and very soon an incredibly large number of people came to look at the performance despite the cold and enthusiastically applauded the exhibition based on the interpretation of six lively songs. The organizer, who pleased with the reception received by the group, has renewed his invitation and requested another performance between February and March
